Advertising Fees when we manage your rental weeks.
Listing Fees are $35 for up to a one-year period for one ad. All Rental ads are removed once the rental date has passed.

IF YOU WISH TO MANAGE YOUR OWN ADVERTISEMENT meaning all phone calls/ emails go to you and all the arrangements including collection $ etc. are for you to manage. In this case the Fee is $75 for up to a one-year placement per advertisement.
When we act on your behalf in completing the rental or sale request your privacy is assured and protected from undesirable solicitation calls or “negotiations”
The “RIOTG” acts simply as an “agent” between the Owner and the Renter and in the event unforeseen circumstances arise and the Units are not available then the resolution of such matters is between the Owner and the renters HOWEVER to protect the renters the “RIOTG” does not release rental “trust funds” until the rental arrangement contracted for has been completed as agreed between the parties. Our liability on any rental arrangement is limited to the value of that rental arrangement.
